Sir Mark Grundy talks RM Books at Sunday Times Festival of Education

Only a couple of days until curtain up at this year’s Sunday Times Festival of Education and we can’t wait! Sir Mark Grundy, Executive Principal of Shireland Collegiate Academy and Kirsty Tonks, Shireland’s E-Learning Director, will be giving a talk about how they are using RM Books to deliver targeted interventions, flipped learning, personalised learning and their theme-based curriculum Literacy for Life. If you’re at the Festival, come and hear this inspiring talk on Saturday 22nd June at 12.20 – 1pm in the Driver Lecture Room. If you’re not lucky enough to be there, for a sneak preview of how Shireland is using RM Books take a look here.

Visitors to the Festival will be accessing information about the event via RM Unify, your Launchpad to the Cloud and official online app for the event. From whichever mobile device they have with them, festival-goers will be able to use their own personal RM Unify login and simply click through to all the content and information they need, including speaker notes, timetables and ebooks. In its day job, RM Unify is used by students and teachers to access all their cloud-based learning resources and applications using just a single log-in so they don’t have to remember all those different user names and passwords. RM Unify will continue to be accessible, free, during and after the event and will be updated with new and exciting content in the lead up to the festival.
